Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for ordering with Dollhouse Hair Collection!

We ask that you keep your billing and shipping address the same or your order will be cancelled. Under no circumstances is Dollhouse Hair Collection responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to include the correct address with the correct apartment/house number. A signature will be required to confirm delivery for all orders. 

All orders placed online will be shipped directly to the customer. 

 

How long does is processing, shipping, and handling? 

  • Processing takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Shipping then takes 3-4 business days to reach customer.  
  • All packages delivery is with Fedex and takes 2-7 business days in total to reach customer.

 

Can I make changes to my order? 

  • To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders CANNOT be altered or changed once payment is complete. 

 

May I return my order? 

  • We are pleased to offer store credit or exchanges on hair that has not been open, worn, colored or tampered with (no brushing, combing, fingers ran thru, etc) within SEVEN DAYS of you receiving your order. No refunds! All Dollhouse Hair Collection Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or an exchange will not be issued. If confirmed the hair is new and without damage, we will then exchange the goods or give you store credit. In order to exchange the hair, you must pay shipping fee. You must also contact us first before returning your package at niquesdollhouse@gmail.com during business hours within the SEVEN DAY return period. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges on hair if the seal on the bundle has been broken.
