Meet Jeanique Pascal! Founder of Niques Dollhouse LLC, Niques Dollhouse Hair Collection, licensed cosmetologist, and barber from the illustrious Prince George’s County Maryland, who wants to do nothing more than make individuals feel great about themselves inside and out!

It’s more than just a hairstyle or hair cut, it’s a level of confidence that you gain. She comes across so many people that have low self esteem and after leaving her chair, she makes sure that they love every inch of themselves while swinging her top tier dollhouse collection bundles.

She loves taking people out of their comfort zone to try something new. The smiles that come across client’s faces after a finished look alone, brings her so much joy. It’s not about the money, this is literally a passion of hers. You never know what a simple hairstyle or simple investment in great hair can do for someone.

Jeanique used to want to be a social worker or psychologist because of her passion for people. She always wanted everyone to know they are more than their situation and that they can reach their highest potential without becoming a product of their environment. Hair was just something she knew how to do, but as soon as she took cosmetology, she instantly fell in love with it all. She wanted to know every little detail concerning hair by simple conversations with her clients.

Now that she is a hair stylist and brand owner, Jeanique finds herself being able to combine both social work, psychology and hair by simple conversations with her clients. “They confide in me like I’m their best friend”, she states.

She is literally able to help people find their inner and outer beauty and that’s what makes this all worth while for her. She later aspires to open her one-stop-shop salon, join the hair union to do behind the scenes work for BET, movies, and become a personal stylist for celebrities, but until then, she RGR’s. Rise, grinds and repeats humbly, until her dreams come full circle.
